webhooks

Subscribe a URL to events such as a call ending, a reply arriving or a deal closing. Each record event carries the account, its people, the deal and the evidence behind it. See Webhooks for the events, the payload and how to verify a delivery.

Parameter	Used by	Meaning

`active`	`update`	`false` pauses it
`rotate_secret`	`update`	`true` issues a new signing secret
`account_id`	`test`	The account to build the test event from

create and rotate_secret return the signing secret once. Store it where your receiver can read it.
