A filter the kind does not support is refused with the reason, never ignored. stage is a standard stage. For people, include_all adds cold leads and supports only stage, email, has_email, icp_fit, min_icp_score, the activity filters, and account. For accounts, include_all lists every account, not just the active ones. A deal with implied is an account with no CRM deal. Its id is implied:<account_id>.
