add_note

Notes are append-only and dated, so an account builds a history across meetings.

Name	Type	Required	Description
`focus`	string	yes	Email, LinkedIn URL, domain, or entity UUID. Never a bare name.
`content`	string	yes	The note text
`title`	string		A short name, for example `Discovery prep`
`type`	string		`note` (default), `meeting_brief`, `transcript`, `meeting_notes`, `pre_meeting`, `research`
`date`	string		The relevant date, for example the meeting date. Defaults to now.

A domain files the note on the company. A new email, LinkedIn URL, or domain creates the person or company. REST: POST /v2/notes
