get_insights

Reads the Insights board. Each insight is tied to the account that said it, with its tags, and the quote and speaker when there is one. New insights appear once they are sorted.

Name	Type	Description
`lane`	string	`product`, `sales`, `success`, `market`
`subtype`	string	Must belong to `lane` when both are set. See below.
`focus`	string	One account. Email, LinkedIn URL, domain, or entity UUID. Not a bare name.
`since`	string	ISO date, for example `2026-09-01`. Only insights from then on.
`limit`	number	Default 50, max 200
`offset`	number	Rows to skip
