Sets the score where each tier starts. The defaults are 85, 70, and 50. The bands apply to tiers OpenNous derives and to external scores you send without a tier. Send { "reset": true } to go back to the defaults. An account counts as a fit from the Tier 2 band up. Read the current bands with GET /v2/icp/tiers.
