RB2B identifies who is visiting your website and sends their LinkedIn profile and email to Nous. Nous matches the visitor to an existing contact or creates a new one, then logs a website_visit signal.

What gets ingested

  • Visitor email and LinkedIn URL
  • Name, company, and job title
  • Page URL visited

Step 1: Create an RB2B account

Sign up at rb2b.com. Install the RB2B pixel on your website.

Step 2: Get your webhook URL

Open Nous → Settings → Integrations → RB2B → copy your webhook URL. Format: https://api.yourdomain.com/inbound/rb2b?workspace_id=<your-id>

Step 3: Configure the webhook in RB2B

  1. Go to the RB2B dashboard → Integrations → Webhooks
  2. Click Add Webhook
  3. Paste your Nous webhook URL
  4. Save

Step 4: Verify

Visit your own website. Within 1–2 minutes, a website_visit activity should appear on your contact record in Nous.
RB2B only identifies visitors who have a LinkedIn profile and have consented to identification. Anonymous visitors are not sent.
