# find

> List people, accounts, or deals by filter.

The lists, in one tool. Pick a `kind`, then filter and sort. To open one row, pass its id to [`get_context`](/mcp/tools/get-context).

A filter the kind does not support is refused with the reason, never ignored. `stage` is a [standard stage](/public-api/deals/pipelines). For people, `include_all` adds cold leads and supports only `stage`, `email`, `has_email`, `icp_fit`, `min_icp_score`, the activity filters, and `account`. For accounts, `include_all` lists every account, not just the active ones.

A deal with `implied` is an account with no CRM deal. Its id is `implied:<account_id>`.
